1-2-1 Mentoring & Coaching

Gayle can provide confidential guidance by sharing her knowledge, skills and experience, to help assist you in progress areas in your own life and career. She is skilled in motivating and empowering people to identify their talents, issues and goals, and helping them find ways of resolving or reaching them. She does this not by doing it or expecting people ‘do it the way she did it’, but by understanding, respecting and celebrating different ways of working and the diversity of both people and organisations.

Business Consultancy

This involves an initial consultation to establish the business/organisational requirements and best form of support through mentoring, coaching or consultancy and identifying any training needs.

Training Events

Training that Gayle offers but is not limited to include;
• Strength finders – unlocking your strengths.
• Standout – developing the strengths of your team, coaching, leadership & personal development.

With Gayle, training is constantly ongoing and being developed and she is delighted to provide solutions to meet other training requirements not listed above in partnership with other consultants and organisations.

Workshops

These can be both formal and informal and can cover a variety of topics from a standalone customised business/motivational workshop of choice to a series of seminars on a particular subject matter.

CPD

Ensuring her personal development is relevant Gayle is actively involved in the following Studies:
Having achieved ILM Level 5 in Management with Esteem Ltd Gayle went on to complete the ILM 7 Diploma in Leadership in 2015. Complimenting this, she studied with Simply Changing to complete the fast-track ILM 5 Diploma in Performance Coaching with NLP which is recognised by the National Council of Psychotherapists and in 2019 completed the ILM 7 in Executive Coaching and Mentoring through the Edinburgh Coaching Academy. Most recently Gayle has also undertaken the EQ-i 2.0 / EQ 360 Certification Program.

As a business mentor for Scottish Leaders, an organisation providing excellent mentoring and workshops to its members throughout the UK, Gayle attends regular workshops & ongoing training. In 2012 Gayle completed 3-year Leadership training as part of the John Maxwell MLM program, and she has just completed a 2-year project training a group of Emerging Leader’s through monthly interactive workshops based on the John Maxwell Personal Growth & Leadership Program.
