Gayle Cattanach Consultancy offers to help small business and starts up’s set up and develop their processes, staff engagement and growth. Our core services we offer are 1-2-1 Mentoring, Consultancy, Training and Coaching.
Since Gayle started working with ABC Ltd in October 2003 the business has grown from 3 to over 30 staff and positioned itself as a company of excellence and expertise in the commercial construction sector in Scotland. Gayle has been instrumental in leading, supporting and transitioning staff and developing new processes during the last 14 years. In addition, she has worked alongside other business owners helping them with their people and processes acting as a coach, consultant or mentor as the situation merits. Gayle is happy to advise and support all aspects of a project from conception to facilitation to chunking down to the detail all as the client/project requires.
Recently, Gayle was involved in delivering a two-year leadership training program to a group of emerging leaders passionate about growing in this field.
