MEET GAYLE
Gayle qualified as Chartered Surveyor in 1995 and after a successful career in commercial property management branched out with her own business in October 2003 to offer innovative consultancy, coaching, mentoring and training. Gayle has continued to develop her qualifications obtaining the ILM 7 Diploma In Leadership in 2015 and currently working towards the ILM 7 Diploma in Executive Coaching & Mentoring due for completion in January 18. As an avid learner and pursuer of best practice CPD is important to Gayle to ensure she stays at the cutting edge of business, processes and learning.
Gayle offers both formal and informal support on corporate solutions, staff training and motivation, mentoring and networking. Her unique and dynamic understanding of the multi-faceted dynamics of business, as well as her experience to-date in a wide variety of projects, provides Gayle with a wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise to resource from.
Gayle also supports the director of Advanced Building Contractors Ltd with HR, strategy, finance and training, a business which was founded in 2001 and Gayle assisted in achieving the prestigious Investors in People award in 2009. Since this time the company has achieved various industry awards and is committed to developing both the company and team to deliver excellent service and staff development.
As a co-founder of BiG Business in Glasgow, Gayle was regularly involved in hosting monthly breakfast and lunch-time business networking seminars to the Glasgow Business Community over a 10-year period.
With an active family life spent with her five sons and four dogs, Gayle enjoys co-coordinating, promoting and hosting events for all ages and celebrates the diversity of all individuals. Her vision is to:

Having gained previous experience in MLM Gayle was excited to be involved in launching the ambassador program for the luxurious Carishea brand of products www.carishea.com. Passionate about helping people MAM Ltd is currently developing Blessing Box www.blessingbox.co.uk, a new online website and app to help people share their unwanted goods & services for free in areas they enjoy supporting.
